Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering the establishment of Prequalification Pool No. EVN0025344 for Hydraulic Parts, Supplies, and Repair Services. This pool is intended for multiple County departments and has an allocated amount of $31,400,591.00 for an eight-year term. The pool will allow departments to conduct spot market competitions for procuring and installing hydraulic components and services needed to maintain and repair County equipment, including light and heavy-duty vehicles and machinery. The pool will be structured into two groups: Group 1 for Hydraulic Parts and Supplies, and Group 2 for Hydraulic Repair Services. Seven vendors have been recommended for inclusion, with six being local firms and two of those being certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firms. The pool will remain open for additional vendors to be added. The Infrastructure, Innovation & Technology Committee forwarded this item to the Board with a favorable recommendation.
