INFILL HOUSING CONVEYANCE-ELITE EQUITY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering the conveyance of four county-owned properties to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, Inc. and Elite Equity Development, Inc. for the development of affordable housing. The properties are declared surplus and will be conveyed for $10.00 each. The developers are required to build affordable housing for very low-, low-, or moderate-income households within two years of the conveyance, subject to a reverter clause.
