Miami-Dade County Commissioners considered a resolution to declare certain county-owned properties as surplus and authorize their conveyance to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, Inc. and Elite Equity Development, Inc. for affordable housing development. The properties, identified by folio numbers 10-7813-011-0090, 10-7812-007-0640, 30-7908-026-0180, and 30-7908-026-0150, are to be conveyed for $10.00 each. The developers are required to build affordable housing for very low-, low-, or moderate-income households within two years of the county deed recording, subject to a reverter clause.
