LAP AGREEMENTS FOR SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is ratifying two Local Agency Program (LAP) Agreements with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for Safe Routes to School improvements. The total value for the design of these improvements is $268,753.00. One agreement is for North Miami Beach Senior High School, valued at $96,229.00, and the other is for Homestead Middle School, valued at $172,524.00. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to execute contracts, agreements, and amendments related to these funds. The Department of Transportation and Public Works will monitor the design phase.
