Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering ratifying an emergency contract for Microsoft licenses for the Miami-Dade Public Library System (MDPLS). The contract, number E-10663, is with Insight Public Sector, Inc. for $1,700,000 for a three-year term.
