Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved a resolution setting the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 Countywide Debt Service Millage Rate. The approved rate is 0.3937 mills. This rate will generate an estimated $202.047 million in ad valorem revenue to support debt service payments for the Building Better Communities General Bond Obligation Bond Program, Safe Neighborhood Parks Program, and the Public Health Trust GOB program. The decision was made to comply with Florida Statutes regarding public hearings and notification of proposed property taxes.
