Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved the plat of My Academy. The project is located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 56 South, Range 39 East, bounded by SW 216 Street (north), SW 127 Avenue (east), approximately 175 feet north of SW 218 Street (south), and approximately 120 feet east of SW 127 Court (west). The applicant is My Academy Preschool & Learning Center II, LLC. The proposed usage is Daycare & School, with one parcel. All improvements are in place, and there is no fiscal impact to the county. The plat meets concurrency requirements and requires connection to public water and sanitary sewers as a condition of approval. The Miami-Dade County Plat Committee recommended approval.
