Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved the plat of My Academy. The project is located in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 14, Township 56 South, Range 39 East. It is bounded by SW 216 Street to the north, SW 127 Avenue to the east, approximately 175 feet north of SW 218 Street to the south, and approximately 120 feet east of SW 127 Court to the west. The applicant is My Academy Preschool & Learning Center II, LLC. The proposed usage is a Daycare & School, with one parcel. All improvements are stated to be in place, and there is no fiscal impact to the county. The plat meets concurrency requirements, and as a condition of approval, the development is required to connect to public water and public sanitary sewers. The Miami-Dade County Plat Committee recommends approval.
