Miami-Dade County Commission is authorizing the County Mayor or designee to receive and expend $62,512,577.00 in United States Department of Housing and Urban Development Fiscal Year 2025 Continuum of Care Program funds for homeless housing and services. This includes entering into renewal grant and sub-grant agreements and exercising modification, renewal, and termination clauses. Resolution No. R-130-06, requiring agreements to be finalized and executed by all non-County parties, is being waived to expedite contract renewal. The Housing Committee forwarded the resolution to the Board of County Commissioners with a favorable recommendation as corrected. The Homeless Trust Board approved the matters on July 26, 2024, September 26, 2024, and June 26, 2026. The resolution was assigned on June 26, 2026, and placed on the July 21, 2026 Board agenda.
