Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is authorizing the execution of an Amended and Restated County Deed for Palmetto Homes Urban Development Group, Inc. This action grants a two-year extension from the recording of the deed for the construction and sale of single-family homes through the Infill Housing Program. The properties involved are identified by specific folio numbers. The County Mayor or designee is authorized to enforce the deed provisions and exercise rights, including reversionary interests, and to receive deeds back from the developer if compliance fails. Signage identifying the County and district commissioner will be placed on the properties.
