Miami-Dade County is seeking to renew its Continuum of Care (CoC) Program funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Fiscal Year 2025. The total amount authorized for receipt and expenditure is $62,512,577.00, intended for homeless housing and services. This includes potential additional funds and automatic service and rent increases for individual program grants. The county will reimburse non-profit providers and select municipalities for expenses.
