ANNUAL STATUS REPORT REGARDING FPL MSA

This is an annual status report on projects authorized under a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Florida Power & Light (FPL) Services, LLC, for electrical infrastructure projects. The MSA, approved on December 12, 2023, has a 20-year term and a not-to-exceed amount of $912,000,000.00. Three initial projects have begun implementation under the MSA, with work approximately 10% complete on each as of January 1, 2026. No monies have been spent to date as projects have not yet been commissioned. Small business participation goals are not applicable due to state preemption. The report was accepted by the Board of County Commissioners on May 5, 2026. The next status report is anticipated in the first quarter of 2027.
