Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners is considering the amended Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget for the Omni Community Redevelopment Agency and Area. The total amended budget is $73,064,289.00. The budget was approved by the Agency on February 12, 2026, and the City of Miami on February 26, 2026. The budget includes funding for administrative expenditures, operating and redevelopment expenses, grants to outside organizations, debt service, interfund transfers, land acquisition, construction projects in progress, and obligations with other governments, including payments to the County for the Performing Arts Center and Seaport tunnel, and capital improvements for Maurice Ferre Park. The Intergovernmental and Economic Impact Committee forwarded this item to the Board with a favorable recommendation on July 15, 2026. The redevelopment area is located within County Commission Districts 3 and 5. The Agency and redevelopment area are scheduled to sunset on July 7, 2047.
