Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners approved the award of Contract No. EVN0016781 for Disaster Debris Removal Monitoring Services to Tetra Tech, Inc. The contract is valued at $190,070,000.00 for an initial five-year term with one five-year option to renew. This service will be utilized by multiple County departments to oversee debris recovery contractors and assist with FEMA and state public assistance applications. The scope of this item is countywide. The County makes no guarantees as to the volume of work or value of this contract to the awarded vendor, as work will be assigned on an as-needed basis. This contract replaces RFP-00172, approved via Resolution No. R-37-16. The contract was awarded through full and open competition, with five proposals received. Tetra Tech, Inc. is a non-local vendor. The User Access Program, Small Business Enterprise Selection Factor, and Local Preference do not apply to this contract.
