Miami-Dade County is authorizing the funding of 22 grants totaling $139,366.00 from the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Community Grants Program – Fourth Quarter. The grants are for various entities and will support events and activities in July, August, and September. The Board of County Commissioners is waiving Resolution No. R-130-06 to expedite the allocation of funds for these time-sensitive events. The Department of Cultural Affairs received recommendations from the Community Grants Program Panel and the Cultural Affairs Council, both of which recommended funding all 22 applicants. The funds are allocated from the FY 2025-2026 Adopted Budget.
