Miami-Dade County is authorizing the funding of 22 grants totaling $139,366.00 from the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Community Grants Program – Fourth Quarter. The grants are for various entities and will support events and activities taking place in July, August, and September. The Board of County Commissioners waived Resolution No. R-130-06 to expedite the allocation of these time-sensitive funds. The Department of Cultural Affairs promotes these grants through various channels, and applicants receive technical assistance. The Community Grants Program Panel and the Cultural Affairs Council recommended funding all 22 applicants. The funds were allocated via the FY 2025-2026 Miami-Dade County budget.
