Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering a resolution to approve a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and Qualified Service Organization Agreement (QSOA) with Airojen Center, Corp., d/b/a Comprehensive Psychiatric Center (CPC). This agreement will authorize CPC to provide behavioral health counseling, toxicology and infectious disease screenings, supportive services, and the storage and administration of Methadone for individuals receiving Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) at the New Direction Residential Treatment Facility. The initial term is two years with three one-year renewal options. The Safety and Health Committee forwarded this item to the BCC with a favorable recommendation on 6/8/2026. The Board of County Commissioners is scheduled to review this on 7/21/2026.
