Miami-Dade County is approving the award of Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) for General Engineering Consultants to CHA Consulting, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. The agreements, totaling not to exceed $28,600,000, will provide a wide range of services including engineering, surveying, architectural, landscaping, technical, management, and administrative support for projects within the Five-Year Implementation Plan of the People's Transportation Plan. The term is five years with a two-year option to renew. The Citizens' Independent Transportation Trust (CITT) is required to review the item. Six proposals were received, and the Competitive Selection Committee recommended these two firms after determining their experience and qualifications were sufficient to forego Second Tier proceedings. The agreements are countywide in scope.
