Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is considering a resolution to approve the award of Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) for General Engineering Consultants. The agreements are for a wide range of services including engineering, surveying, architectural, landscaping, technical, management, and administrative services. The total amount for these agreements is not to exceed $28,600,000.00, inclusive of contingency, for a five-year term with a potential two-year renewal option. The services will support projects within the Five-Year Implementation Plan of the People's Transportation Plan, such as transit facility and park-and-ride improvements. The PSAs are work order-driven and intended to provide flexible, as-needed support. The Transportation Committee forwarded this item to the Board with a favorable recommendation. Six proposals were received, and after evaluation, CHA Consulting, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. were recommended for award.
