Miami-Dade County is approving the award of Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) for General Engineering Consultants to CHA Consulting, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. These agreements will provide a wide range of engineering, surveying, architectural, landscaping, technical, management, and administrative services for projects across the county.
