Miami-Dade County is approving the award of Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) for General Engineering Consultants to CHA Consulting, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. The agreements are for a wide range of services including engineering, surveying, architectural, landscaping, technical, management, and administrative services. The total combined amount for these five-year agreements, inclusive of contingency, is not to exceed $28,600,000.00. These services will support projects within the Five-Year Implementation Plan of the People's Transportation Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-30, potentially including transit facility and park-and-ride improvements. The agreements are work order-driven and intended to provide flexible, as-needed support.
