Miami-Dade County is approving an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Doral for on-demand transportation services. The agreement, effective retroactively to December 23, 2025, authorizes the use of the City of Doral's municipal share of Charter County Transportation System Surtax proceeds for the operation and maintenance of these services. The service, which began operations in April 2024 using four Tesla Model X vehicles operated by Freebee, provides stop-to-stop on-demand transit within and around Doral, connecting residents to key destinations up to a maximum trip of five miles.
