Miami-Dade County is approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Village of Key Biscayne to regulate micromobility devices, electric bicycles, and motorized scooters on county roads within the Village. The agreement allows the Village to enforce county regulations and potentially adopt additional restrictions. The Transportation Committee forwarded the item to the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) with a favorable recommendation.
