Miami-Dade County is considering an Interlocal Agreement with the Village of Key Biscayne to regulate micromobility devices (e-bikes, scooters) on county roads within the Village. The agreement, if approved, would allow the Village to enforce county regulations and potentially adopt additional restrictions. The matter is currently in committee. Public interest in micromobility for transportation and environmental goals is noted.
