OFF-SYSTEM AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is approving an Off-System Construction and Maintenance Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for local roadway improvements on SR 934/NW 74th Street Connector from west of NW 77th Court to east of Red Road, including work on NW 74th Street Connector and NW 72nd Avenue. The project, with an estimated cost of $5,900,000, will be funded and built by FDOT, with construction anticipated to start in March 2027. Specific improvements include sidewalk reconstruction, curb ramps, milling and resurfacing, widening, striping, and traffic separators. The County will be responsible for maintenance operations upon project completion.
