OFF-SYSTEM AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS

Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners is set to approve an Off-System Construction and Maintenance Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for roadway improvements on SR 934/NW 74th Street Connector from west of NW 77th Court to east of Red Road. The project, with an estimated cost of $5,900,000, will be funded and built by FDOT, with construction anticipated to start in March 2027. Improvements include sidewalk reconstruction, curb ramps, milling and resurfacing, widening, striping, and traffic separators. Miami-Dade County will be responsible for maintenance operations upon project completion.
