This ordinance amends the Rapid Transit System-Development Zone (RTZ) by expanding the SMART Corridor Subzone to include private property near SW 30 Avenue and SW 28 Lane, specifically at 3000 SW 28 Lane (Folio 01-4116-038-0260), which is within a quarter mile of the Coconut Grove Metrorail Station. The expansion brings this property under Miami-Dade County's exclusive regulatory jurisdiction.
