An ordinance is being considered to expand the SMART Corridor Subzone of the Rapid Transit Zone to include private property near SW 30 Avenue and SW 28 Lane, specifically at 3000 SW 28 Lane (Folio 01-4116-038-0260), which is within a quarter mile of the Coconut Grove Metrorail Station. This expansion would place the property under Miami-Dade County's exclusive regulatory jurisdiction.
