The City of Palatka is seeking additional professional fees for auditing services related to identified high-risk areas. The auditors, HCT, propose an hourly rate not to exceed $24,750.00 or a flat fee of $21,850.00. This is to ensure the City of Palatka ACFR is remitted to the State of Florida by the June 30, 2026 deadline, with the goal of completing these procedures within the next two weeks.
