The first hearing concerns the provision of fire protection services and the approval of non-ad valorem assessments based on an Accenture Study dated May 2026. The second hearing is to consider adopting an ordinance to levy and impose a tourism development tax, subject to a referendum on November 3, 2026. The agenda also includes various reports, financial matters, contract agreements, and appointments to several boards. Notably, an extension to a contract with Hydromax USA, LLC for hydrant testing and maintenance is listed for approval, as is an amendment to a CAD and support services agreement with Mission Critical NetPulse.
