[9417 SW 17TH WAY; case STU26-000026] Renewal of a medical hardship temporary use permit for a Recreational Vehicle (RV) to remain on parcel N32-038 for three years as a medical care receiver residence. The RV is for Mr. Christopher Burns, who requires continuous medical care from an onsite caregiver. The initial approval was granted on March 28, 2025. No code complaints have been received.
