This is accompanied by a rezoning request to change the zoning district from IN to MHP. This property is contiguous to the City limits and located in the City's joint planning area. Staff recommends approval. The meeting is scheduled for May 11, 2026. The City Commission will review financial and contract items including a final pay application for Oak Grove Village Drainage Improvements ($33,899.50), payment application for Millennium Park Phase 1 & 2 ($258,318.90), funding authorization for Pavement Rehabilitation Services ($1,224,696.40), pay application for the Water Reclamation Facility Project ($4,267,041.03), and pay application for the R-12 Reclaim Pump Station Project ($1,160,313.85).
