The City of Wildwood Project Review Committee met on July 14, 2026. Two items were on the agenda: 1. Modifications to the previously approved Circle K project at US 301 & CR 462 (Case 26-0318 SPM). Staff recommended approval. 2. An improvement plat for Bethany Medical Complex (Case 26-1425), consisting of 5 commercial lots on 2.72 acres. Staff recommended approval for this project, which involves transitioning from single to multi-owner development after infrastructure was already constructed under a prior site plan. No public comment was recorded.
