• MOTION TO APPROVE Fourth Amendment to the Software and Service Agreement between Broward County and Riskonnect ClearSight LLC (F/K/A Marsh ClearSight LLC and CS Stars LLC), for Risk Management & Claims Administration System, Request for Letters of Interest (RLI) No. R0995908R1_1, extending the term by one additional year and increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $189,936 to a new total not-to-exceed amount of $3,375,896.

• MOTION TO APPROVE State Aid to Libraries Grant Agreement 27-ST-02, between Broward County and the Florida Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services, for the State Aid to Libraries Grant Program (Exhibit 1), in the estimated amount of $999,381, for the purpose of operating and maintaining public libraries, for the period October 1, 2024, through June 30, 2027; and authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Grant Agreement, provided they do not impose any increased financial obligations on the County and subject to review and approval by the Office of the County Attorney for legal sufficiency, and to take all administrative or budgetary actions to implement the grant and accept funding; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the Grant Agreement and the required Certification of Hours, Free Library Service and Access to Materials (Exhibit 2).
• MOTION TO APPROVE artwork design proposal by artist Marc Fornes (THEVERYMANY, LLC) for the Broward County Convention Center Plaza: 50th Anniversary Artwork Project in an amount not to exceed $980,000 ($900,000 art; $80,000 contingency). (Commission District 4)
