Two separate planned unit development (PUD) proposals are currently under review by the Citrus County Board of County Commissioners. The first, PUD-2026-00001, is from Hampton Hills LLC. The second, PUD-2025-00013, is for Corta Lecanto 486, which proposes a Longhorn Steakhouse and a Sprouts Farmer's Market. Both items are scheduled for public hearings and, if approved, will lead to the execution of ordinances.
