A Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) is required for a development project. This study must be prepared by a qualified transportation planner or professional engineer using methods accepted by the Director. The owner or developer will cover all costs for preparing the TIA. The City's Director will review the TIA for accuracy and content before it is accepted. The owner/developer is also responsible for the costs of the City's consultant review. This item is currently under review. The work involved includes transportation planning and engineering studies. This early stage presents an opportunity for transportation planners, engineers, and related consultants to engage with the owner or developer to provide their services before final plans and permits are established.
