A Major Development Plan is under review for a proposed 4-story, 137-room hotel. The project is planned for Lot 5 of the Floridian Town Center Planned Development, located at the intersection of SR 429 Connector Road and US 441. The site is currently vacant and is approximately 2.91 acres. The plan includes on-site parking, landscaping, and pedestrian improvements, as well as an outdoor patio and swimming pool. The hotel will offer a breakfast area but no restaurant. Access will be from internal roadways, Southfork Drive and Floridian Town Center Boulevard. Infrastructure like stormwater, utilities, and roads has been constructed by the master developer. The project is expected to be the first development within the Floridian Town Center PD. This project would involve site preparation, utility connections, paving for parking and access roads, building construction, and final landscaping. Local contractors, suppliers, and service providers are encouraged to reach out early to learn more about potential opportunities as this project moves through the review process.
