10. WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER

This item concerns new requirements for water-resistive barriers on exterior walls of frame construction that will receive veneer. The proposed standard specifies a minimum of one layer of No. 15 asphalt felt, complying with ASTM D 226 for Type 1 felt.
