Southern Tire Mart is proposing to construct a new 45,000 square foot tire mart facility at 1291 South Orange Blossom Trail. The owner is Duff Real Estate LLC, and Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the applicant. This Major Development Plan (MDP) is currently under review as a first submittal. The project is expected to involve site clearing and grading, followed by underground utility work, concrete and paving for the facility and parking areas.
