Before the final acceptance it shall be theContractor's responsibility to perform a site cleanup for the removal of trash, debris, excessmaterials, and equipment to present the project site clean and in good order.28. No extra payments shall be allowed for any work required due to misunderstanding of job orsite conditions affecting the work as described in the Technical Specifications or shown onthe Construction Plans. The Contractor shall not take advantage of any apparent error oromission in the Construction Plans or Technical Specifications and the Engineer shall bepermitted to make corrections and interpretation as may be deemed necessary for thefulfillment of the intent of the Contract Documents. By entering the bidding process thebidders acknowledge acceptance of these conditions.29. The Contractor shall submit four (4) sets of detailed shop drawings of all major itemsproposed for this project to the Engineer prior to ordering any of the equipment or material.Two (2) copies of the shop drawings will be returned to the Contractor. Upon theContractor's receipt of approved shop drawings from the Engineer, the Contractor mayproceed with the work.30. The Contractor shall comply with the legal load restrictions in hauling of materials in publicroads beyond the limits of construction work.
