The City of Cocoa Beach Public Works is planning an electrical restoration project at the parking garage located at 2 South Orlando Avenue. This project involves reconnecting all circuits to existing panels, equipment, and devices, and ensuring all systems are fully operational. The work will follow the National Electrical Code and applicable Florida Building Code requirements. The estimated duration for this project is 6 to 8 weeks, depending on site access and phasing. This project is currently under review, with proposals being considered. The scope of work includes removing existing rusted conduit and metallic boxes, and providing and installing new PVC conduit, boxes, and wiring.
