2. Approval of a plan to develop a low-impact development surface parking area

The City of Cocoa is planning a new low-impact development surface parking area on approximately 0.9 acres of city-owned land at 216 and 218 Oleander Street. This project aims to provide about 80 parking spaces, including four accessible spots and designated vehicle charging stations, to serve Cocoa Village and nearby areas. Planned features include decorative street lighting, street trees, sidewalks, decorative fencing, interior landscaping, perimeter buffers, and pervious pavement. The project is currently under review by the City Council.
