The City of DeLand is planning improvements for two roundabout monument signs. One location is at the intersection of Kepler Road and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Beltway, and the other is at the intersection of Orange Camp Road and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Beltway.
