This item concerns the permitting process for a project that is currently under review. CPH will prepare and submit applications and supporting documents to the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) for an Individual Permit, and to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) for both Water and Sewer permits. This process includes attending a pre-application meeting and responding to agency comments. The scope involves preparing a permit application and stormwater report for SJRWMD, referencing hydraulic analysis and ecological elements. For FDEP, two separate permit applications will be prepared. This early stage in the permitting process presents an opportunity for contractors, suppliers, and service providers to engage before site plans, bids, and permits are finalized.
