The City of Delray Beach Site Plan Review and Appearance Board met to discuss upcoming projects. Several local business opportunities were identified. These include a mixed-use development at SW 10th Street and SW 10th Avenue, and a project at Atlantic Avenue and Swinton Avenue involving a new retail building and a mixed-use development with residential and commercial space. Such record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The City does not provide or prepare such record. Two or more City Commissioners may be in attendance.
