The Special Magistrate of the City of Delray Beach met to review several pending cases and proposals. Several new development projects were discussed, including a mixed-use development at 1401 W. Atlantic Ave and a 100-unit apartment building at 1400 SW 10th Street. Other potential opportunities include a 100,000 square foot retail center at 1300 S Congress Ave and a mixed-use development at Atlantic Avenue and Military Trail. Reviews of code enforcement cases and noncompliance issues may also lead to future work for local businesses.
