The City of Destin is planning a roof replacement project. Inland Construction and Engineering was awarded the contract for this work. BECI has submitted a proposal for additional services related to this project. These services include pre-construction, contract administration, and post-construction support. BECI developed the original scope of work and the request for bids that the city used to choose a contractor. These new services can be added to the existing contract through a change order. This project is currently under review. The work will involve managing the construction process, including planning, oversight, and final checks.
