Donald Skipper, acting for Judith Tortora, is proposing to build a new two-story house and a two-story detached accessory structure on two lots at the northwest corner of Amelia Street and White Street. The property is currently vacant and zoned OT-1, with a High Density Residential land use. The project is currently under review for a Conceptual Certificate of Approval. This project would involve site preparation, foundation work, framing for both structures, roofing, and installation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Interior and exterior finishes, as well as landscaping, would also be required. Contractors, suppliers, and service providers in residential construction, site work, and related trades are encouraged to reach out early, before final plans and bids are set, to understand the scope and potential opportunities.
