Transportation, Energy & Utilities Committee · 2026-06-02 · meeting
The Transportation, Energy & Utilities Committee of the City of Jacksonville met to discuss several upcoming projects and reviews. Local businesses may find opportunities in planned traffic signal rebuilds at 21st Street East and Liberty Street North, and 21st Street West and Boulevard Street. Other potential work includes traffic signal improvements and road work at Monument Road and Regency Square Boulevard North, extending to Lee Road, and the expansion of the city's dockless mobility program. Additionally, a proposal to abandon a portion of Ionic Avenue Right-of-Way is under review, which could involve surveyors, civil engineers, and utility contractors.
