The total project cost is revised to $265,685.00, with FDOT contributing an additional $126,544.00, bringing their total participation to $212,548.00 (80% of eligible costs). The project is funded by FDOT (80%) and Kissimmee Gateway Airport (20%). The work is required to be eligible for future federal and state funding for design and construction and will be prepared in accordance with FAA Order 505.4B and NEPA. [case #CyberSec26] Resolution to accept the award of a Florida Digital Services Technology Grant (#CyberSec26) from the State of Florida. The City Manager is authorized to execute the contract once approved by the City Attorney's office due to a short timeline. [case April 2026 Asset Disposals] Request for approval to dispose of city asset items detailed in an attached report, including various IT equipment such as Dell desktops, HP desktops, iPads, laptops, printers, and Brother printers. Items are slated for auction, junking, sale, or scrapping. IT equipment will be auctioned through A-1 Assets. [Ruby Plaza floating dock and Mill Slough Park pedestrian bridges; case Contract #20260198, ST2306] Emergency repairs to the Ruby Plaza floating dock and two pedestrian bridges in Mill Slough Park. The repairs are needed due to age-related deterioration and to ensure ADA compliance. Docks of Orlando, Inc. was selected to perform the work. The project is funded by ADA-designated funds.
